Mushroom and chicken ramen made with dried mushrooms! While fresh is generally preferred, we like using the dried mushrooms in soups as they rehydrate, #mushrooms absorbing the broth and becoming full of additional flavors! And it’s easy; most of the time you can just toss them directly in. Check out our Etsy store (link in bio) where you can find freeze dried mushrooms! 1/2 cup of golden oysters mushrooms 1/2 cup of chestnuts mushrooms 1/2 cup blue oysters 1/2 cup of shiitake To our broth we added 6pc of chicken leg ( optional) 1/2 cup of rosemary 1 garlic bulb 1 onion dice 2 zucchinis, diced 1/4 broccoli 1/4 of cauliflower And 3 packs of noodles Ad all ingredients to instapot for 1hour Enjoy with your loved ones.

We are so happy to announce our Lion’s Mane extract is back in stock; available for purchase. We grow the mushrooms, freeze dry and grind, extract in water followed by 95% ethanol in an ultrasonic extractor. We then rotary evaporate to our desired concentration (5:1 standardized) giving a final product that’s 40% ABV and recommended dosage of 1mL per day. We have been getting great feedback on the extract with some people noticing its effects within a week! 1 bottle is 30mL; approximately a months supply for $35!
